Hong Kong clothing and its meaning.
Hanfu is a type of traditional clothing used in China from the 3rd century B.C. This traditional dress was used throughout much of Chinese history, but the Qing dynasty decided to ban it. It was used by both men and women, although they had different characteristics. Proper dress is considered a sign of respect in Hong Kong.

This type of cuisine is typically rustic and consistent, differentiating its products from those used in most Cantonese cuisine.
The best-known dish in the cuisine of walled villages is the "poon choï", known in English as "big bowl feast". A large number of ingredients are placed in a large bowl and eaten in community. A "poon choi" can contain pork, veal, lamb, abalone, chicken, duck, crab, various mushrooms, Chinese grains, and tofu; all placed in nine or twelve layers, enough to feed a group of 10 people. The ingredients do not mix. The content is eaten layer by layer.
Other typical dishes are chicken cooked with five sauces, fried mung bean sprouts with crab and clams, large mullet boiled in water.

Hong Kong films are considered some of the best in the world. Some famous movies of this city were: The way of the Dragon by Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris, Drunk Master by Jackie Chan, A Chinese Odyssey by Stephen Chow, among others well known.
